Acting Managing Director of Iran Khodro auto manufacturing company for strategic and international cooperation said sunday that economy was to earn one billion dlrs in a seven year period from export of Peugeot 206SD (sedan). Amir Albadavi added that the base price of Peugeot 206SD for export would depend on situation of car market in different countries, tariffs, tax and trade duties and thus will be between 11500-13500 euros. According to the official, 206SD price on domestic market also will be equal to its export price. Albadavi added that export of 13,000 Peugeot 206SD to North Africa, Middle East, Balkan and Persian Gulf regions as well as Algeria, Russia and Turkey will start from next year. According to media department of Iran Khodro company, It is anticipated that about 25 percent of the 206SDs manufactures by Iran Khodro would be exported abroad. Islamic Republic News Agency |
